Wishlist Menu Not Accessible in XStore – WordPress

    Hello,

    I have activated the Wishlist feature in the XStore / 8Theme, but I am experiencing the following issue:

    In the customer account, the Wishlist menu appears, but I cannot access it.

    When I click “Add to Wishlist” on a product, I receive a notification that it has been added, but I still cannot access the Wishlist menu.

    Could you please advise if there is any additional setting or step required to make the Wishlist fully functional?

    To assist you more effectively, we kindly request that you record a video demonstrating the issue and the steps leading to it. This will help us better understand and replicate the problem on our end.
    Upload the video on a filesharing service, for example – https://fex.net/ , and provide us with the URL.

    Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access? We need to check your settings.

    To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

    I was unable to record the screen because I have not had access for a few days. – the idea is the followin: any product that is added to the Wishlist (FROM product page)- does not appear in MY ACCOUNT/Wishlist.

    Please update the theme https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/ and plugins https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/plugins-update/ , the apply patches – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/how-to-use-xstore-patcher/
    Clearing the cache and checking the result.

    If this doesn’t help, provide us with FTP access.

    For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    I have now done all the procedures you indicated but without success.

    You had the Wishlist page option set to the same page as My Account (https://prnt.sc/yfw5ptRXpdgV), which is why you were unable to view the wishlist items. We have created a separate page for you and configured it accordingly. Please check it now: https://prnt.sc/Ujso_9VWFrAu.

    Hello @iceball,

    In this case, we recommend that you contact your hosting provider to implement additional security measures on your website. We have also noticed that your website allows free registration, which means that anyone, including bots, can create an account. To prevent this, we suggest enabling CAPTCHA verification on your website.

    We kindly recommend adding Google reCAPTCHA to all checkout, login, registration, and other relevant forms by using the following plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/recaptcha-woo/.
