    Hello,

    Provide us with links to products from these 3 categories, please, where you have an issue with the size guide. Also, make sure that you uploaded different images for every template of the single product.

    The buy now button always add to cart and redirect to the checkout page. This is function of that button. So, I’m not sure that understand your issue.

    I have shared the links for two categories, see we have multiple product categories made but majorly there are two types of products on our site i.e., T-SHIRTS & HOODIES

    So for both types, we have a different size chart.

    Kindly check and provide the solution as soon as possible.

    Could you please specify how to connect FTP so that we can provide you with a proper connection and grant you access? We have granted you permission but still, it’s not connecting as per your reply.

    Hello,

    We need a working FTP host, FTP username, and FTP password.
    We can connect to your FTP neither with the previous username and pass https://gyazo.com/62619a26d3a94f7235a2c617b86d395f nor with the new one that you provided on the screenshot https://gyazo.com/006f284659a5208f9339aff152cb0d32 We use Filezilla client.

    Please, contact your hosting provider and get correct FTP access to your WP installation.
