popup window appear on the bottom of the page at the fotter area need to be appear at top when visit website

Hello,

Go to Theme Options > E-Commerce > Promo Popup > Open when scrolled to the bottom of the page > choose Off http://prntscr.com/dmj1rf

did but now popup is not appearing what should i do know tell me .

Hello,

Clean the cookies of your browser or check the site in the incognito window. Promo popup uses the cookies and you won’t see it if you closed popup and cookies are not cleaned.
