Hi, I’m trying to edit my widget areas, but it won’t load, I get an error.

Try disabling plugins but it doesn’t work either.

I appreciate help me resolve the error please.

The website is in Spanish.

Hello,

Please update the theme to 8.0.2 and Core plugin to 4.0.2 https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/63-theme-update https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/37-plugins-update , then go to Theme Options > General > Enable Old Widgets Panel. Clear cache and check widgets then. Let us know.
