    Hey!

On my single product page I have an accordion. In one of the three parts in the accordion I have the full product description (widget “product content”). For this I have 2 questions/issues:

    1. In mobile version the full description is shown and the widget works perfectly. In the desktop and tablet view, on the other hand, its not shown; the accordion “opens empty” (see screenshot). I already checked the widget and the containers for the “responsive” settings in “advanced settings”, which are all on “shown”. Furthermore the product descriptions are not empty. So I dont know what causes the no-show and appreciate your help to fix this.

    2. I have the “additional info” widget (I renamed it “Weitere Infos”) in the accordion. When I use the widgets settings, e.g. heading show/no-show or font size for the content, the settings dont change anything (see screenshot). I wish that these settings actually set the font size and other parameters.

    Thank you! 🙂
    Cheers Patrick

    Hello @iRockPod,

We hope this message finds you well.

At the moment, we have noticed that you are currently editing the content of your Single Product template. As a result, we are unable to apply the necessary changes on our end.

It appears that using duplicate product content is not supported due to certain WooCommerce limitations. Therefore, we recommend utilizing the “Text Editor” widget within one of your accordion sections, along with dynamic tags. You can refer to the following documentation for guidance: https://developers.elementor.com/docs/dynamic-tags/. Please use the “Product Content” dynamic tag as the value.

Regarding your second question, we kindly ask you to provide additional details, such as screenshots or a video, to help us better understand the issue and assist you more effectively.

    Best regards,
    The 8Theme Team

Hey @Jack Richardson, thanks for the quick reply and help!

    1. question you solved – thanks!

Regarding 2. question: please see video attached. When I change e.g. the font size in the settings, the actual font size doesnt change but rather shrinks/enlarges the space (like an “invisible font”). The widget is called “additional information”, I translated it using Loco Translate to “Weitere Infos”.

    Thanks! 🙂
