    Widget filter in shop not working properly :
    – sub categories aren’t displayed
    – filter by brand isn’t displaying the correct related products / brand(s) selected
    – filter by price would not correctly shows the products within the price range
    – filter by attributes would not display any products when selected

    FYI, the dev is newly installed, all plugins, wordpress, hosting are up to date.

    Couple of issues you may provide me with your assistance will be :
    – Account creation, password reset emails etc.. aren’t receipted on gmail
    – The waitlist feature won’t display on product page for an out of stock variant product (i’ve worked the variations with an external plugin, not the Xstore native one)

    Thank you for you help !

    Hello @Safaa,

    Could you please provide temporary WP-Admin access? We need to review your settings.

    To grant WP-Admin access, please create a new user account with the Administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is created, kindly share the username and password with us securely via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

    Additionally, please ensure that all the latest patches are installed by navigating to Dashboard β†’ XStore Control Panel β†’ Patches. We would also appreciate it if you could provide a video demonstrating the issues for better understanding, as we are currently handling multiple customer requests. This will help us identify and resolve the problem more efficiently.

    Best regards,

    Hello Jack,

    I managed to fix most of the issues i mentioned before, the only thing that remain is some categories and sub categories not displayed in the products filters.

    I am not able to screen a video for you but i’ve put in the private area the exact links so you can see easily what is it about.

    Thank you,
    Safaa

    Hello @Safaa,

    We apologize for the delay in our response.

    We have added the following code to the functions.php file of the child theme to disable the cache for the Categories Filter Widget:

    add_filter('woocommerce_layered_nav_count_maybe_cache', '__return_false');
    add_filter('etheme_widget_product_categories_cache', '__return_false');

    You can view the frontend result here: https://prnt.sc/5O95FQK1TXBl
