    Why the characters in titles have turned into symbols ? look in home page
    (³Ù„ع اقترحناها Ù„ÙƑ ) ?!!

    that happen when i convert website from localhost to server

    If you create a new title the problem remains?
    Please provide us with temporary wp-admin access in Private Content area.

    the problem remains with any text from WPBakery page builder (look on homepage )
