Why is support not responding for my last topic

    Dear,

    We have a very big problem that we reported a long time ago and still no one answers. Will kros finally fix it, because we can’t sell products that have double size options – they don’t add to the cart. And in addition, a double message is displayed on the top banner. We have been your client for several years and have a working store and we still pay for support, so you can’t leave us without help. Again, I ask for an urgent solution to the problems. Thank you
