Why is it that I have saved my changes, but my changes are not synchronized on the website frontend.

Kindly proceed to Xstore > Theme Options > Speed Optimization. Once there, please locate and select Menu Dropdown Cache, Menu Cache, Static Blocks Cache, and Remove Query Strings From Static Resources. Subsequently, turn off these options.
In the event that you are utilizing a cache plugin and CDN, we recommend temporarily disabling them.
Furthermore, we would appreciate it if you could create temporary wp-admin access and share the details via the private content area. This will allow us to review your settings and better understand the issue at hand and help you to solve your issue.
We kindly recommend that you take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.
