Why GT scores is great, but feeling is slow

Hi,

I imported DEMO, installed Redis object cache, and WProcket, and did everything I could. The GT scores are good, but my self-visiting is quite slow, can you tell me what should I improve?

I have checked your site speed and opened it multiple times on my personal laptop and didn’t find any issue it works just perfectly. I have recorded a video for you please watch it completely for a better reference: https://streamable.com/7vtptt and then check back to your site after clearing the browser cache.
