Why doesn’t the payment method in the preview show up inside the payment settings?

    Why doesn’t the payment method in the preview show up inside the payment settings? The payment method in the screenshot, click on Manage, there is no payment method in the screenshot in there. I want to support installment payment method. How to solve it?

    Could you please test if the same issue occurs when using a default theme, such as Storefront? (Appearance > Themes).
    If the behavior continues regardless of the theme being used, it suggests that the problem may not be related to the theme itself. In this case, we would recommend you contact support of payment plugin you are using.
