Why does live site look different to when you are in Theme Options

    I have a header set, I can’t see any CSS changes I have made, yet, when you look at the header the cart section looks fine only when you have the Theme Option sidebar open, when you view in a live site the cart in the header is all out of line

    Clear the browser cache because Chrome caches the CSS file of theme options https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/clear-cache/cppjkneekbjaeellbfkmgnhonkkjfpdn/RK%3D2/RS%3DzwqaryCReNAACSfd_oYYPpX0_tw-

    I had to add CSS, had tried clearing cache etc, but I had to force the width etc with CSS
