Why do you make it so so difficult for someone to contact you guys?

    I have a serious problem and I need to contact a support member for my problem, not in a forum. Can you make that happen?

    Hello, I have a problem. The template Xstore which i purchased. I would like to change my activation code so that someone else should not use it anywhere else, So the current code, someone already has it and I want that code blocked so that I can be the only person to use it, it is better to deactivate the code and give me a new one to activate my current theme and any website built under that first code should be deactivated.

    Hello,

    To make the code not valid you need to ask for a refund. So, buy a new license of the XStore theme and submit a refund request for the current license https://themeforest.net/refund_requests/new Mention the new license code in the refund request message to allow us to check your purchase.
