Why can’t edit xstore theme every time i want to edit

When I modify anything, nothing changes !
Edit block, language, sales Booster, header, footer, categories ….

What could be the solution?

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access?

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

Hello,

It looks like the New Header builder is activated on your site https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/212-new-xstore-header-builder-with-elementor It means the option from your screenshot can not work, and you need to edit the header template via XStore Builders > Header.
