    Hello,

    I don’t know which attribute determines enabling/disabling of images on category page. Little help please –> http://www.uhrohmuh.com/product-category/a-c-essential-oils/

    Bergamot, Roman Chamomile, Clove Leaf…

    Thank you!

    Hello,

    You can add this code in Theme Options > Styling > Custom css:

    .products-loop .outofstock .content-product img.wp-post-image {
        opacity: 1;
    }

    Regards

    Thanks Rose but I’m surprise. All my products are in stock, how is it determining it’s out of stock? I even checked each variation and they are selected ‘In stock’. I want to address root cause of the problem. Most of my products are listed in the same way, some images are appearing fine and some not.

    Case in point, check Bergaot here:

    Side by side Cassia, both are set the same way.

    Thanks!

    Hello,

    I don’t know why this product is marked as out of stock but it happens even with default WC theme – Storefront, see http://prntscr.com/fbmono So, I suppose you need to contact WC team on WooCommerce support forum to find out why some products have this class.

    Regards

    Thanks Olga for looking into it – really appreciate it!

    I found a solution that I believe you can share with other support staff after I saw the image you posted (the section that said ‘Out of Stock’ especially).

    I have imported all the records using another plug-in and somehow this variable gets set, when you look for this variable in product setting you don’t find it because I searched for it many times. The only way to find this variable is to access Quick Edit below the product under product list, this is where the parent SKU information resides. ‘In Stock?’ variable at parent level is set to ‘Out of Stock’ and that’s why woocommerce is determining this product as out of stock. Unfortunately this setting is not visible when you access ‘Edit’ link for the product.

    Hello,

    If you used plugin to import products then it can be the reason of the problem. Anyway, I’ll be able to help you with issues related to our theme options or bugs only. Feel free to contact us if you have questions about our theme settings.

    Regards
