Now, I consider myself normally as a patient person and I am by no means looking for any special consideration or treatment. However, if you look at the flow of tickets coming into the XStore support forum, it appears that tech support is responding to tickets before AND after my support tickets within 1 – 2 hours. It looks as though tech support just skipped over my questions – am I missing something?
I just started posting support issues after trying to work with this theme for the last several weeks, and my questions appears to be responded to next day (24 hours). If I respond, it appears like another day passes before I get a 2nd response. But it appears that others are receiving support back and forth all day long without such wait times.
Am I imaging things? Just look at the pattern of tickets coming in today, and the attention they receive – even after my support tickets.
