WHITESPACE AT BOTTOM OF FOOTER? - by Jimbo

Hi guys,

I have whitespace at the bottom of my footer (page included in private content – pls DO NOT post screen grabs on here)

I have discovered where the problem lies, it is to do with the visual composer row with the background image, I have this set to maximum full width.

If I remove the row then there is no whitespace at the bottom.

Also it is more noticeable on iPad – landscape mode.

What is causing the whitespace please?

Hello,

I’ve checked your site and don’t see white space under the footer.
Could you please show a screenshot of the issue?
Is it only on that page or other pages too?

Jack it’s on the page in private content.

It’s on the iPad using safari using landscape, if you are using a pc browser you don’t see it on Firefox, chrome on bigger screens, it is 100% there and is caused by the row using visual composer as explained.

Also when I take a screen grab because of the whitespace and white background you can’t see it!

It is definitely visual composer causing the gap!

Here is an image, I have taken a picture of the whitespace at the bottom of the screen which is under the footer.

Your screen grabs show white space as the background under the footer anyway so it’s not going to show it!

I sent you an image from my iPad, I have 3 iPad devices and it does them on them all!

iPad in landscape there is approx 2-5px whitespace under the footer! Why do you guys always have to deny it is there… look at my picture I posted.

It’s ok I will contact Olga the manager yet again.

Again for you to see, not on my home page so it’s not a sit wide issue.

THERE IS WHITESPACE DIRECTLY UNDER THE FOOTER!!!

I have already advised what is causing it, visual composer row but you deny this.

I’m happy to take picture on my 3 iPad devices which are iPad 2, iPad 3 and iPad Air

They all show whitespace at bottom of the footer exactly like my picture.

As I have explained taking a screen shot does not fully show up the whitespace doing that!

The picture clearly shows the whitespace Robert.

I have contacted a manager to help with this as I don’t feel you are helping here!

Hello,

I have replaced Visual Composer element “Button” by Ultimate Addons element “Advanced button”. Don’t know why but VC button seems made the problem.

I used credentials you provided in one of the previous topics.
