Hello, my site is down unless the user is logged in. Deactivating the plugins didn’t change anything, but I changed the theme back to the default theme and that fixed it. Please advise.

    Please, contact administrator

    Hello,

There is an error in error_log file of your site:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 523800 bytes)

Please ask your host to increase memory_limit value.

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hello Eva,

There is more than enough memory and space on the host, so not sure what would be causing that error to appear? I switched the theme and the site worked just fine which leads me to believe it is an issue with the theme causing that error?

    Thanks

    Hello,

Did you try to increase memory limit value?
Please try it and check the site after that.

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
