White screen after installing and activating Woopress theme

Hello,

I just purchased Woopress and installed it on an existing site running Woocommerce. When I activate the theme the admin and site go white. I have tried deactivating all plugins during installation, I have tried installing via WP upload and also via FTP. The same result happens each time. I’m not sure what else I need to look at. Do you have any suggestions? I can confirm that memory_limit is 96MB, upload_max_filesize is 100MB, and file_get_contents() function is enabled.

For now I have reverted back to our previous theme however the woopress theme is available in our theme directory.

Hello,

Your FTP credentials are incorrect. Please check them.
What php version are you using? It should not be less than 5.3 version. Please check it as well.

Hi Eva,

The FTP details I provided will work now.

Our PHP version is 5.2. We’ve had no problem running our store on that however I have sent a request to our host for an upgrade. In the meantime can we get the theme to work? It would have been helpful to know that PHP 5.3 was a requirement before purchasing the theme.
