Hi, I am having a very serious problem after installing the theme and its plugin … basically I see the home, but when I add the email address string “wp-admin” to access wordpress gives me the page completely white. I deleted the theme and plugins via ftp but the problem remains …
I put the ftp access if you can help me because I’m in a lot of trouble and almost disperate …

Hello,

If you check the error_log file in your site folder you’ll see warnings like this one:
“PHP Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by…” where the wp-config.php is mentioned. So the problem was not in our theme but in wp-config.php encoding. I’ve changed it to “UTF without BOM” and now all is ok.
Please clear browser cache and check wp-admin page.
