White page & Ajax error on Revolution Slider

Hello There!

Great Theme, but I am having some issues that are really putting a delay on my process.

1. I am receiving an “Ajax Error” when I am trying to save a slider in Revolution Slider

2. I am getting a “White Page” when I try to view the live page.

3. I need to remove the “My account” tab from the “top right menu tab”. How do I remove this?
