White layer when loading website persists even after website has loaded

    Hi, after upgrading the theme, there’s this white layer when loading website and even though website has loaded it’s still there until I touch on the screen, but for visitors who don’t know they think the website is not loading. This is disastrous. Please help urgently

    Do you use server cache or CDN? Try to clear cache, because when I am login as admin there is no problem – https://gyazo.com/b9e11d6fd8409a2d7af436644f27eecc
    Site Preloader you can disable via Theme Options > General

    Yes, I’m using nitro pack cdn. It’s ok before I update the theme. After updating, I have already cleared cache.

    Hello,

    If admin and a new user see different things, it means there is a cache that was not cleared, because only logined admin can see the uncached version.
    Have you tried to disable the Site Preloader?
