    Hello support team,

    While attempting to import a demo, I encountered the following error message:

    “error while install of elementor plugin!”
    The installation process stalls at 32%, and it appears that the Elementor plugin fails to install properly. I’ve attached a screenshot of the error for your reference.

    Could you please advise on how to resolve this issue? I’d like to proceed with the demo setup as soon as possible.

    Thanks for the reply. We want to use the organic milk farm template.
    While installing this demo I again see an error.

    Download the plugin from this page – https://proelements.org/ , then go to Dashboard > Plugins > Add new.

    Could you please clarify which website you are referring to? This is what we currently see on your site: https://prnt.sc/H3Ej50Pty2zK

    We kindly recommend not renaming the child theme ( Xstore child ) before importing the demo content, as this may cause issues in your case.
