Where can i download old version to download? Woocommerce checkout not working on 9.3.1

Hi,

Since updating the theme my checkout page stops working. Can you please provide me to a link for previous theme version and core plugin?

I am on 9.3.1. I need to go to previous version.

Thank you for reaching out to us with your concerns. We understand that you have encountered an issue following a recent update. Please be assured that the update was not intended to cause any problems, and we have not experienced any issues on our test site.

Upon reviewing the checkout process on your website, we noticed that you are utilizing third-party plugins. Despite this, we did not encounter any problems during our assessment. We kindly request that you clear your website’s cache and CDN, then re-evaluate the functionality. Should the issue persist, please record a video demonstrating the problem and send it to us for further analysis.

We kindly ask that you navigate to Theme Options, then select WooCommerce, followed by Cart/Checkout Layout, and proceed to disable the “Sticky Sidebar” feature. Once this is done, please observe the functionality and let us know the outcome.

Additionally, we would appreciate it if you could provide us with temporary wp-admin and FTP access. This will enable us to conduct a more thorough investigation of the situation on your site and offer the necessary assistance.

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

Thank you for your prompt reply, turning off Sticky Sidebar fixed the issue.
