    Follow the documentation https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/30-base-theme-translation Don’t forget to sync translation if you use our translation files https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/103-translation-files-update

    Hello,

    1) Have you chosen the necessary language in Settings > General > Site language?
    2) Have you placed theme translation files to wp-content/languages/themes folder?
    3) What way to translated theme did you choose: Loco Translate plugin or poEdit?
