    Hello @montse,

Please check the requested post now. It appears that there was an issue with the global CSS variables from Elementor not being saved and not affecting the elements on the frontend. We have manually set the color for your elements (see: https://gyazo.com/af172044646978ec3d995c5855640cc4), and the correct styles are now applied on the frontend (tested in both logged-in and incognito browsers): https://prnt.sc/t05gHH1VPFqr.

Kindly verify this from your side. As your website uses a CDN, please either temporarily disable it or clear the CDN cache files as well.

    Best regards,

Unfortunately this problem also occurs on the home page. Check the flip boxes. Is it a style customization issue in the theme?

    Hello,

Could you please clear all cache systems on the website as well?
We believe the issue might be related to caching.

the site and not only this we have the same problem with other sites that we have made recently, basically the colors we customized give an error, I fear it is a problem with the CSS of the template

    Hello @montse,

After further inspection, we found that each of your pages is missing certain default Elementor classes. One of these classes is responsible for applying global CSS variables to the page (https://prnt.sc/GCYOFD5c-fsV). When we manually add the missing class, the CSS variables are correctly applied to the elements on any page (https://prnt.sc/9a0tJHCAVYrc). However, without this class, the variables do not take effect (https://prnt.sc/pn-ZekCvypXL).

We kindly ask you to check whether there are any customizations that modify the body classes or any installed plugins that might affect this behavior. As we have limited access to the dashboard, we were unable to verify this ourselves.

    Best regards,

I don’t understand why you say you don’t have access to the Dashboard we gave you the site administration. I’m afraid it’s a template issue because we have the exact same problem with another client, we need to be able to change the colors you created in the template to be able to put our client’s brand colors, below is another site that we created in the last month and that has the exact same problem

    Hello @montse,

We did not state that we have no access, but rather that our access is limited:

We kindly ask you to check whether there are any customizations that modify the body classes or any installed plugins that might affect this behavior. As we have limited access to the dashboard, we were unable to verify this ourselves.

By “limited access,” we meant that we were unable to check whether any modifications were made in the child theme files via “Appearance → Theme File Editor” (https://prnt.sc/M2giKjNnSuUq), as this “Editor” page is not available due to restricted access for the customer account you provided. The same limitation applies to the other website you shared.

As we always strive to assist our customers, we conducted additional tests from our side to identify other possible causes of the missing body classes. In most cases, such issues are related to customizations or third-party plugins that modify the “body_classes” filter. After disabling the “iubenda | All-in-one Compliance for GDPR / CCPA Cookie Consent + more” plugin installed on your website, we observed that all body classes were correctly displayed on each page (https://prnt.sc/BS7gifpWUMgA). This confirms that the global CSS variables in styles are properly applied (https://prnt.sc/2Nez1-pCjtCm, https://prnt.sc/hYQb0KEUvA9v). Therefore, the issue is not related to our theme but rather to the configuration or code side of this plugin.

We recommend contacting the plugin’s support team if you wish to continue using it on your website. Their developers can assist you in adjusting the settings or implementing a global fix to prevent the removal of required classes that affect various areas of the page content independently on theme used.

For now, we have temporarily disabled this plugin and configured the mentioned section content using CSS variables (https://prnt.sc/ZqG3fckpmyYt), and it is working correctly. You can review the result on the frontend.

Please note that since the same plugin is used on your other website, the same issue is likely caused by it there as well.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson
