First of all, you should contact your hosting provider and ask them to resolve the memory issue. Please refer to the following links for more details:

Then ask to downgrade your PHP version to either 8.1 or 8.2 (contact your hosting provider) , as not all plugins are currently compatible with your current version 8.3
Additionally, enable debug mode in WordPress – https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ to find out what error appears on your site; it will point you in the right direction and what needs to be fixed.

I had set the limit to 128M because the requirement was 128M. Now I’ve increased the memory limit to 256M and the problem is solved. Thank you.
