On my website for a specific category “Cups & Lids” on the 2nd product in the list, when we click on its name only a unknown page opens.
I have deleted the product and added a new one still the same

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello, Nazir,

Thank you for reaching out to us with your concern.

We kindly request that you test the functionality by activating the default WooCommerce theme, Storefront, on your website. Should the issue persist under these conditions, we advise you to reach out to your hosting provider for further insight into the matter. However, if the problem appears to be exclusive to the XStore theme, please furnish us with FTP access credentials to enable us to investigate the issue more thoroughly.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team

    Dear Nazir,

We hope this message finds you well.

We would like to inform you that we have recently switched to the Twenty Twenty-Four default theme. However, we have noticed that the product functionality has been adversely affected subsequent to this change. For your reference, please find the screenshots illustrating the issue at the following links:

    – [Screenshot 1](https://prnt.sc/uV-W-_dSCtaI)
    – [Screenshot 2](https://prnt.sc/Sz08UkckJXMK)

We would like to inquire if there has been a migration process from the old website to the new one. If so, it is important to note that DNS record propagation typically requires a period of 48 to 72 hours.

Should the problem persist beyond 72 hours, we kindly ask that you reach out to your hosting provider for further assistance in resolving this matter.

We appreciate your attention to this issue and look forward to a prompt resolution. If you have any further questions or require additional support, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Best regards,
    The 8Theme Team
