In the product catalog, i have a sidebar with product filters, but when i filter something always says no products found, and the active filters widget shows nothing.

    Hello,

    Thanks for using our theme.
Try to disable all third-party plugins, that do not come bundled with our theme https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , and check filters then.

    Regards

    Hello,

Problem was caused by the attribute slug. You used “brand”, it matches our Brands taxonomy and caused the issue. We changed the attribute slug to “marca”. Check the filter now.

Thanks now filter by attribute works, but i think there are a problem with price filter.

For example in this url https://www.chollosmoda.com/categoria/infantil/nino/?filter_marca=crocs%2Csamsonite&query_type_marca=or is filtered by attribute but when you add filter price don’t work, if you put min 18€ and max 25€ there are 2 products that match with that but no results found, and when min and max price is set the filter price widget disapears.

    Hello,

We have checked the mentioned products with the default theme and default price filter and it also gives “products not found” https://gyazo.com/d7a41e0920c130b99226771c4c079ad2 I suppose it’s because these products are variable products and if you take min price and max price of the product variations http://prntscr.com/rfdch5 then you’ll get the result but if you set one of them less then you’ll get 0 results.
You may contact WooCommerce plugin support to clarify this moment because our filter is based on the WooCommerce default one.
