When editing a page or post, it always crashes.

I don’t know the specific reason why. It happens when editing posts or pages on a daily basis, across several versions, and the issue has been ongoing for quite some time. I hope you can help resolve it, thank you.

1/ Please record a video of the problem for a better understanding. Upload it on a filesharing service, for example – https://wetransfer.com/ , and provide us with URL.

2/ We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins ), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

In addition, please provide your site’s WP Admin URL and credentials in the private content area of this topic, so that we can look into it further:

I’ve tried all the methods mentioned above, but I still can’t adjust the layout! I have OCD, and this makes me very uncomfortable! I really hope there’s a way to adjust it.

我想表达的意思是，
商品页，产品分类图片和文字没有办法对其（但是后台设置的时候，显示的是没有问题的）！
还有就是产品购买页面，我有在ppt中显示说明，我还是坚持认为自己已经尽可能的避免语言错误，使用了图片！

What I mean is, on the product page, the images and text of product categories cannot be aligned (although they appear fine in the backend settings)! Also, on the product purchase page, I have demonstrated this in a PowerPoint presentation. I still believe I have done my best to avoid language errors by using images!

When a product has variations, the displayed price range reflects the lowest and highest prices available for those variations. The price listed below is the cost of the product with the selected variations.
