  I updated all plugins, removed cache and applied the patcher in theme. That fixed it for the time being, but I have no idea where it could have appeared from. Can you tell if it’s from the theme?

  I have not touched the site in any major way for months so this screen appearance in my head it can only be because of the theme updates. I have no other idea what could be the cause for this. Please help me out..
