Hi, there is double header on mobile site, also the Search icon is stuck in between the text. please advice

Hi rose,

I don’t quite understand the instructions on the page. Could u help, will give admin access.

Also I have enabled the AMP for mobile site, but it is not showing any AMP and checking on google AMP also says my site does not have AMP.

Hello,

Provide temporary FTP access, so we can take a closer look. If you don’t know what the FTP is then you need to contact your hosting provider. Hosting support knows.

Can you advise which country are you connecting from?

We have cloudflare setup with only blocking 2 country IP

Hi we do not have IP blocking for ukraine, however I have turned off cloudflare firewall for all temporarily. please try.

If not can you advice any other steps to access?

Hi Olga,

Unfortunately we do not have any filters with regards to blocking IP.

Are you able to first amend the double header issue through WordPress access?

I will try to disable and re-enable the AMP plugin and see if that works?

Previously it did show AMP and i edited the footer text and saved before it became back to non AMP page. or if there is any further troubleshooting steps I may take on my part with regards to AMP?

Hi Olga,

Thank you the mobile site is no longer showing two headers. however AMP still not working.

I have recreated account please try if this works. If not please kindly advise what may be blocking access I am using bluehost and there does not seem to be any configuration blocking access
