The website traffic statistics are not provided by the XStore theme itself. Please check Screen Options in the upper-right corner of the Dashboard and make sure the statistics widget is enabled. If the widget is not listed there, verify that the analytics plugin used on the website, such as Google Site Kit, Jetpack, or another statistics plugin, is active and properly connected.

Please also let us know which plugin was previously displaying the traffic statistics and whether the issue appeared after updating WordPress, the theme, or any plugins.
