Website very slow / critical errors and technical issues

Hi guys, i just noticed lately that the website i recently launched and made using this theme is getting so slow and lots of critical error and technical issues.

Any way i could fix this? Any suggestion?

The other site with Xstore theme that i’m managing were fine even with hundreds of products etc. but the new site i launched always like this. 🙁

testing both showcasecarpet and onthecornermanila.

showcase carpet is far more faster than onthecornermanila.

they are basically same. more products on showcase carpet and heavy images. dunno what causing the problem on onthecornermanila. might be the plugins? httaccess? please help. it’s bothering ,me.

i thought it was just a connection problem on my end but i think it isnt.

i’m trying to compare the website with xstore theme on my server. The other one is fast and smooth than the new site developed with the xstore theme. what do you think is the problem?

i tried disabling and deleting some unused plugins. also testing and checking other sites for more information. maybe you can help me out? Thanks!

Error that you provided in Private content is related to back-in-stock-notifier-for-woocommerce plugin. So, contact plugin author to fix that.

To improve the page speed enable caching and also enable Lazy loading for the products elements https://prnt.sc/1zy4rcz

that error email is just 1 of the many technical issues on my website.

right now its so slow. was it checked by the developer now since i sent ftp access??

hmmm the site images are not working right now. what happened here? someone should fix this since it was accessed by the developer? this was fine last night!

Hello,

Go to XStore > Authorization APIs > remove the existing Instagram key and add that again. After that edit the footer Instagram element and read the Instagram user. Save changes and check after that. It looks the existing token just expired.
