    Hi team,

I have tried your guide to use W3 Total Cache to speed up my website. However, the result remains awful and I have no idea how to improve it.

Can you provide me assistance with this?

    Hello,

Do you mean you followed this article – https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/100-how-to-speed-up-my-website ? If you do not like the W3 Total Cache, try another cache plugin.
Do not forget about optimization of your images, for example – http://prntscr.com/10yvhsn https://tinypng.com/
Also, check activated plugins and disable unrequired, every plugin slows down the site a bit.
Contact your hosting provider and ask for help with speed improvement – http://prntscr.com/10yvopw

    Regards

    Hi team,

I contacted the server provider and it mentioned that it is due to the website is not optimized. Does it mean it is due to the theme issue?
