Website running very slowly, >12 secs to access a page

Hi, my Xstore website Ajw-veh-fittings.co.uk is running very slow > 12 seconds to bring up pages. The error log has lots of repeats of the following,

You recently sorted a similar problem with the theme, can you take another look please?

I have updated all plugins and cleared he caches.

By the way I recently extended my support for a further 6 months but that isn’t showing on my account?

Everything running really slowly on site/dashboard.

I had a similar result when I tried to log in first time but ok, albeit very slow when I tried again.

The credentials are correct.

Hi can you please hold off for now as I’ve asked my hosting provider, 20i, to take a look as they have been able to replicate the issue.
