We have a issue with a website, im pretty sure its the hosting but they came back saying its the theme? Hosting Company is IONOS, we have loads of other websites using xtore and have no issues, so think its just the hosting company passing the blame. but they sent us this error log :

The website just goes slow and then crashes then starts up again.
Any help be great, but as said, i think its hosting rather than your theme!
