Website RTL Layout Issues facing – XStore Theme Solutions

Hi Support Team,

I am experiencing multiple layout issues when switching my website from English to Arabic. Several sections become misaligned, and some layouts appear broken or collapsed.

It seems to be an RTL compatibility issue with the XStore theme.

Could you please check and suggest a proper solution to fix these issues across the entire website?

I have attached screenshots for your reference.

Hello @Taris,

Our theme is fully RTL-ready, but we load our styles accordingly when the is_rtl WordPress function (https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/functions/is_rtl/) returns true. However, since your plugin performs auto-translation using AJAX, this code is not triggered, resulting in the theme styles for the RTL layout not loading on the page.

The issue you mentioned is not related to our theme but rather to the compatibility of your translation plugin, which automatically applies an RTL layout to all Elementor containers. We kindly suggest that you submit your query on the plugin support forum, where they can assist you with a solution, as they did in the following topic: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/version-5-0-1-forces-css-flex-containers-to-rtl/

As a potential solution, there could be settings that allow you to set LTR/RTL with a page refresh and URL parameter, so the plugin’s code will not affect its own styles as it currently does.
