Hello Guys,

Please help! For the last week or two, Ive been working quite a bit on my website (as you probably know I have bought XStore, and implemented that), and it was a nightmare! Nearly every time I hit update, it will give a 503 error, like this http://prntscr.com/chq9hf. Ive contacted my Host provider, and they have already put my resources to Max of what they can give me, but there is something that use LOTS of resources! Here is 2 screenshots of the results they sent me, http://prntscr.com/chqbaw and http://prntscr.com/chqbj2
I have optimized whatever I thought I could, I have disabled plugins, but still the same! This is getting really ridiculous. According to the host company, they cant do anything for me, as the issue is not on their side, but with the website. I was wondering, is it possible that it might be the theme that cause this? Is there any way you guys can help please? Any suggestions?

Thanks for the reply. Would you say in this case that the problem is server related? Did you realize when you were on the site how slow it is? Did you also encountered the 503 error?

Hello,

Most likely it is a server issue. It loads slowly in admin panel also, where our theme can’t impact the response time. And we also get 503 Server Unavailable error time to time. Try to contact your server providers for help. If they will suggest something we can make from theme side just write us and we will try to help you.
