    Hello!
Unfortunately, we are facing some issues with our website. Especially with products pages in our shop catalog. The error message is: The site is experiencing technical difficulties.
    Please help!

    Hello,

Try to disable all the third-party plugins, that do not come bundled with our theme, and check how it works then.
What version of the XStore Core plugin do you use?
Turn on debug mode in WordPress – https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ to find out what error appears on your site, it will point you in the right direction what needs to be fixed.

    Regards

    Hello,

If you are using the latest version of the Core plugin you need to update the theme too http://prntscr.com/pkkqj8 https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/63-theme-update
Provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access, so we can take a closer look at the problem.

    Hello,

You are using 5.6.38 version of PHP but min required PHP version is 7.0 http://prntscr.com/pkljag You need to update the PHP version to 7.2, contact your hosting provider to get help with this.
Also, do the backup of your database and files before starting the theme update.

How is it possible to update the theme by a non-developer?

We have done everything and the website seems to work properly but the problem is that some of the features have disappeared such as header and footer. We have done backup and what should we do now?
Why the website breaks every time that there is an update?

    Hello,

The update should not cause any problems. Have you cleared all cache?
I would recommend you to activate Header builder via Theme options and create the desired header for desktop and mobile from scratch (current headers layouts and settings will be deprecated in 3 months). Here you can find video tutorials – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RbdKjQrFnO4&list=PLMqMSqDgPNmDu3kYqh-SAsfUqutW3ohlG
Go to Appearance > Widgets > and set correct content for the Footer widget area.
