    Hi,

Two days ago I updated to 2.9 version of Legenda around 1045 at night. I checked back to verify that everything was working properly and saw no errors. I then continued to edit my website creating a new product post. At some point around 1130 my laptop ran out of charge and died. When i plugged it back in to charge instead of waking up normally it restarted. When it restarted and i had finished editing my post, I saved progress to “preview” the post and thats when i had noticed the site was jumbled like this:

I went to bed and woke up the next day and called my hosting (bluehost.com) to see if the could perform a restore. They restored it along with the database to an earlier date and now it loads how it is at its current state. The Home page, Shop, and About only load the header while the blog appears to be functioning perfectly and my contact works fine minus the map loading properly. They tried to restore it to a backup from a month before but things just got worse, so they deactivated my theme and the content returned, telling me that it was a problem with a plugin. So after a few hours of no luck i asked them to return it to a partially working state as described and now it looks like this:

When i log in to the dashboard i see that my media library is full of all my images, my pages appear to be unchanged and all my products are still there. Can you please help me

    Hello,

You’re using old theme version which isn’t compatible with the latest Woocommerce version.
Please update the theme to the latest version.
Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/legenda/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.
Also update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .

Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

    Hey Jack,

I really appreciate your help so far. Ive backed up my website, deleted the woocommerce folder, uploaded the new theme package and installed all necessary plugin updates. I am still experiencing a jumbled appearance as described before.

    Hello,

I’ve changed permissions for style.css to 644 and now your site is shown correctly.
Please clear browser cache and check.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.
