WEbsite not responsive on Ipad – have followed template

Hi my site doesnt seem to be responsive on ipad:

I have used the example the theme came with.
The header is all over the place!

Hello,

What screen size is on your screenshot?
Did you check from real iPad or emulator or just by resizing the window of your desktop?
When you re-size browser window, you need to reload page, click on https://prnt.sc/20xlrju and check the content then.

Sorry not sure what you mean and dont understand the screenshot!

Heere is a screen shot from my ipad:

I just need the header to be responsive please – i always get this with your theme when i build a new site – the ipad header is never correct!
Need an answer asap please!
