    Hi,
    After installing the theme and doing all the demo content thing, I discovered that my website, no longer opens on smart phones irrespective of the browser I am using. In some cases, it will open for about three seconds and then crash the browser. When I tried again, it kept doing that. Other sites are doing great on my mobile except the one with your premium theme. Please, how to I rectify this cos most of my visitors and clients will be visiting from mobile phones. Thanks for helping me out. I await a speedy response

    Also, how to set up my footer to look like the one in the demo content has been hectic for me. when I tried different stuff, the default demo footer area disappeared completely. Now I ve gat no footer. Will you be so kind to help ? Thanks.

    Please provide us with FTP and WP Dashboard credentials in private content.
    To recreate footer follow the instructions from our documentation https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/royal/#!/9_footer .

    Dear Jack,
    Thanks for getting back to me. i would have preferred you showing me what the problem is and reasons for such malfunction cos i am skeptical to give out my hosting details. However, time is of essence to me so I will oblige and bank on the good reputation and track record of EIghtTheme. But i will still want to know the reason for such issues so i can solve it myself in the future.

    Find details in the Private Content. Kindly respond as soon as possible .

    Dear Jack,
    I am using a Nokia Lumia 730 Phone. The problem is still there and there is no possible way i can screen-crab a browser that is about to crash. The site just shows for about two seconds and crashes my browsers (internet explorer and uc browser)on my mobile phone. I ve cleared my browsing history and cache. Since you have my details, can you do the installation for me from that end?

    The problem may be caused by lack of memory.
    Are you using updated browsers?
    Try to use new version of EDGE browser and check the site.
