Hi,

The visual composer and revolution slider plugins do not install through the install required plugins. I downloaded them through your site and uploaded them via ftp but they are still not loading.

The backend is loading fine but the front end is blank.

Can you help me with why this is happening?

Hello,

I don’t see these plugins in the list of installed plugins http://prntscr.com/dhc9ec
Once I have installed them everything works fine. You have installed demo content that includes VC elements and code and did not installed VC plugin, that was your problem.

P.S. because of your server settings you will have problems with versions import. Either change server settings to allow import files from theme directory or use manual import.
