Website loading is very slow especially on mobile

I have a problem with my template especially on mobile the home page loading is very slow and sometimes the home page reload automatically on my iPhone safari browser
I really need your support

Hello dear ,
i don’t ask for optimization i have a problem with the website on mobile there is a problem in the hompage scroll from mobile the page is hanging . please take 20 second and open my website from your mobile and scroll up and down and you will face this issue
also i have an error” undefined index tool_tip xstore net-core-plugin scroll-text-item.php line 37″ in the homepage scrolling tool tip bar

To fix undefined index tool_tip either add tooltip text in the scroll text element settings or disable the tooltip.
