    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Please enable debug mode in WordPress – https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ to find out what error appears on your site, it will point you in the right direction and what needs to be fixed.

Could you please provide temporary FTP access?

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    Warm Regards,
    The 8Theme Team

    Hello @Naveen Kumar,

We hope this message finds you well.

We have identified that the issue you experienced may be related to the XStore AMP plugin, which appears to be causing some fatal errors on your homepage. As a temporary measure, we have disabled the plugin to ensure that the mobile version of your website functions correctly.

If you would prefer to continue using the AMP version, we would be happy to investigate further. To do so, we would require access to your FTP account in order to identify and implement a suitable solution.

Please let us know your preference – whether you would like to maintain the current responsive mobile version or proceed with the AMP layout for a fully redesigned mobile experience.

Also, we suggest you to update the XStore theme and XStore plugin to the latest version as some issues can be already fixed in latest updates.

We look forward to your response.

    Best regards,
    The 8Theme Team
