Hello Support Team,

My website http://sintex.asot.in/ is experiencing critical performance issues. Both the frontend and the WordPress admin panel (/wp-admin) are either extremely slow or not loading at all.

This issue is affecting business operations, and I need assistance on an urgent basis.

Please investigate and help resolve this as soon as possible.

We hope this message finds you well.

We are currently unable to access your website, as it appears that all resource files are broken. We kindly request that you contact your hosting provider’s support team to investigate this matter further. They may be able to review the error logs and identify whether a specific plugin or theme is causing the issue.

In the meantime, we recommend disabling all third-party plugins that are not included with the XStore theme. You can find a list of the included plugins here: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/. After disabling the additional plugins, please clear your browser cache and check the website again. It is possible that one of the external plugins is contributing to the problem.

If the issue persists, we suggest switching to the Parent theme, especially if you are currently using a Child Theme. Once again, please clear your cache and verify the website’s functionality.

Additionally, we recommend testing your site with the default WooCommerce theme, Storefront. This will help determine whether the issue is related to custom code within your Child Theme.
