In the screenshots, you will find how the website looks if any plugin asks for updates, and to solve the problem I have to make the theme update then clear the cache.
The problem is the website should not go to this state while is live especially If I don’t have access to the dashboard at the moment.

Do you use cache plugins for both sites? Try to go to Theme Options > Speed Optimization > disable Optimize Frontend CSS option, clear cache and check if you still have issue with the styles.

I have followed the steps and cleared the cache many times until it solved. Is that would prevent the problem to happen again?
Try to disable the combine CSS styles option in the cache plugin that you use.
The problem is repeated, sometimes give a blank page or 500 internal server error or appear like in the screenshots.
Also when I try for example to save any change it gives me an internal server error message or keep loading forever, an example shown in the screenshots

Contact your hosting provider and ask to provide server error logs. Share us link to the server error logs file. I suppose that issue is related to server settings and log file helps to understand which settings you need to fix.
The error log is empty. They say there are no errors in the log file.
But I did download the PHP-errorlog.txt file and upload it. to the private area so you can access it.
It’s not possible that you get 500 error and don’t have any errors in the server error log!
Allow access to file that you sent.
I gave you the access, do you need the server credentials to make sure? or the file you had access to is enough?
