    Hi

I just installed WooPress v1.4 on my WordPress site – it has the latest version of WordPress (4.2.1) and also of Woocommerce (2.3.8)

When I make changes to anything in Theme Options, and hit save changes, it says it has saved the changes. But on the front end, nothing appears to change.

For example I tried to change the logo and colour scheme and change the blog layout. In the back-end, under Theme Options it has all these new things saved, but on the front end nothing is showing as different – it still has the default WooPress logo, default colour and default blog layout even though in Theme Options they’re all changed.

Not sure if I’m missing a step or doing something wrong. I thought it was down to cache or cookies but I tried on another computer which hasn’t accessed the website before and the changes I made still don’t show.

I have included the link to website and a separate admin access below as private content

Look forward to hearing from you.

    Thanks

    Abhi

    Hello,

Please disable 3rd-party plugins one by one. Some of them is causing the issue.

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hi Eva

I followed your advice and discovered it was the Pinterest Meta plugin that was causing the issue so removed it and everything is working fine now.

Thanks for your help – great support service.
