Website Freezing on front end can’t see why its happening.

    Please update the theme https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/63-theme-update and Core plugin https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/37-plugins-update
    Clear cache and check how it works then.
    Do you use a child theme? Try to check how it works without custom changes in the child theme.
    Let us know results.

    Hello,

    We’ve checked the category from iPhone and Samsung in different browsers and do not see the problem. In the Private Content area, you can find the video from Iphone , safari browser.
    I suppose the update fixed the problem. Please clear cache of browsers on your devices and check one more time. Try to check from the incognito browser window. Let us know the results.
